Mary Spillane is the owner of Rise to Success Coaching. She has over 15 years’ experience in management, Human Resources and Coaching. Mary has hands on experience working on sales floors along with management experience helping businesses to grow and people development, through this experience.
Her passion is people development and watching people flourish. She believes everyone can achieve success. However, sometimes this requires guidance, support, and non-judgement. Mary empowers her clients to become the best version of themselves through powerful questioning and coaching tools to unlock their potential.
